I think it’s pretty positive to have over 50% of people Interested or more in what looks to be one of the largest changes to the way we approach mail in years– if not ever. It’s going to require major money and time investment to get it going and get people working on it, and that over half of people seem to think that may all be worthwhile I think says IBM is on the right track and showing it well, too.
